Or worse, was your package delivered but left outside by the Carrier, only to have it stolen? Consider our Package Receiving Service a solution! Postal Palm Springs is open six days per week allowing all carriers a safe, secure climate-controlled delivery option.
Our Package Receiving Services Includes:
- Available staff to accept and sign for your deliveries;
- A package management system which records the sender, carrier, tracking number, time and date of delivery;
- Text and email notification when packages are available for your retrieval;
- Secure storage warehouse with 24-hour audio and video surveillance across sixteen cameras; and
- Climate controlled (we do not offer refrigeration).
Setup is easy, just a couple quick steps:
Step 1 Email, upload, or fax (760-864-1402) your two forms of acceptable ID;
Step 2 Complete the service agreement, Online eSignature
Step 3 And the final step, we’ll contact you for your credit card information and to collect the $5.00 setup fee.
Setup is a non-refundable $5.00 fee. Our Package Receiving Service is $5.00 plus $1.00 per day storage (per package) for most package sizes. The daily storage fee may vary depending on size or weight, click here to view our fee schedule.
Please remember we cannot accept US Mail, this service is for packages only. However we do accept package deliveries from all carriers including USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, Ontrack ect. Please remember Postal Palm Springs cannot accept packages prior to your account setup, any packages received prior to account setup will be denied.
